"My husband an I stayed for a couple days for an anniversary getaway. We really enjoy our stay and the restaurants options. Having the trolley pick up and drop off right there was a huge bonus! We didn't use the pool or hot tub but area was very nice. Fitness center definitely could use some love, it is looking dated. Would for sure visit again!"

"Room was updated and very clean. Daily cleaning and fresh towels everyday! 4 stars was given for the Breakfast options, acceptable but could be more healthier options overall. Location was great for that quiet solitude on balcony with river flowing. Easy walk to the downtown area, would stay here again. Enjoyed the Smoky Mts for hiking and the Arts Community trail."

"We booked the loft room with a jetted tub for our weekend get away. The room itself was an amazing layout and the price was decent. We enjoyed the jetted tub, but the water would spit out of the back of the faucet when you turned the water on. When we entered the room the first thing we noticed was the uneven carpet that didn’t match up to the tile, there were noticeable spots all over the room where the walls were damaged, and there were quite a few stains on the carpets and the walls. There were also quite a few things that didn’t work including the hairdryer, outlets throughout the room, and both of our tv remotes wouldn’t work. Fortunately, we spent the majority of our trip outside of our room, so none of these issues really bothered us. The room was decently clean and housekeeping did a nice job keeping up with the towels and garbage. We did not get to use the pool, but it looked well maintained and looked great for younger children. The location was perfect as it is right by the main drag of tourist attractions, food, and activities. We ended up walking everywhere we went!"

"Great place and staff. Location is perfect to get to downtown. A/C units in the rooms could use to be updated,but still work well. Location is perfect with the river view on the balcony of each room. Really enjoyed our stay, highly reccomend."
