Staff was friendly, especially at front desk. The room was very small and I hadn’t realized it didn’t have windows but nevertheless was functional for our needs since we only slept there. The worker did not stay the whole night. The guy brought us the portable heater, but the plug does not work at night. It turned off when we turned off the light. "
