Pot smell was ridiculousy present thruout hotel, only two working elevators were broken one day, other times was only one working elevator, hot water in lobby not hot for tea, had to nuke it in room, appliances dirty. Kids running up and down hallways unsupervised. Bring your own cleaning supplies. "

"When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster."

"Our room still looked under construction!!! The shower leaked onto floor and when discovering how found mildew….. the floor of the room turned our socks or feet black from the dirty floor. Lose wires in the wall. Checked out a day early due to conditions of room and hotel. Was told I could not get refunded for checking out early thy it would be up to hotel.com and then hotel.com told me the hotel should have given me a refund and only charged me for one night !!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Very dated, soap containers coming off the walls. Breakfast was mediocre. Had to microwave anything to be hot. "

"Our room was clean, there were virtually no amenities; outside the weekdays during the first shift, there is no staff visible to service customers- problems don’t get resolved until the next morning- maybe; scratching inside the wall (some kind of animal; LASTLY AND NOT THE LEAST- WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE OR MORE MICE IN OUR ROOM- NO STAFF WAS AVAILABLE TO REPORT IT, SPOTTED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON & SUNDAY. HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING."
