Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed.

Le personnel de l'acceuil nous a expliqué que la chambre que nous occupions était équipé d'une cuisine aménagé avec plaque de cuisson lave vaisselle évier etc mais qu'il n'était pas prévue de mettre une table et deux chaises .C'est bien dommage!!!!!!!

As it is an aparthotel, we had no cleaning of whatever kind during our 4-day stay. The hotel is perfectly well situated at Tours train and bus station for visiting Loire castles. Have in mind that on weekends the breakfast starts at 8:30, so if you use public transport for your tourism, just forget about it.

Utmerket leilighetshotell, ved jernbane i Tours

Oppholdet i Tours var meget vellykket, dels takket være hotellet. Det viktigste var beliggenheten, rett ved siden av jernbanestasjonen, men uten at det var noe bråk. Hotellet er et leilighetshotell, rent og pent og med det man trengte. Det var ikke daglig rengjøring, men det gikk fint for 3 dager. Hyggelig betjening. Resepsjonen var stengt mellom 13 - 15. Tours er et utmerket utgangspunkt for reiser til mange steder i Loire dalen. Leie av bil gjør dette lettere.

Lit vraiment étroit 1m40 le lit 2 places. Peu confortable. Présence de cheveux dans la salle de bain au niveau du lavabo quand je suis arrivée. Manque de confort général. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre

Séjour 3 jours, couple avec deux enfants, point positif c'est la piscine, petit déjeuner correct, mais en 3 jours pas de ménage ni changement de serviettes, tout est très limité. Le lit et le canapé étaient très inconfortables. Nous avons payé des séjours avec petit déjeuner et à l'arrivée je devais prouver que j'avais déjà payé et au check up la même chose, prouver que j'avais déjà réservé avec petit déjeuner inclus, de toute façon le confort laisse à désirer, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, et je n'ai pas non plus l'intention de réserver, mais dans cet hôtel.

J'ai passer un bon séjour ici chez nemea tours , cela fait plusieurs fois que j'y séjourne. Proche des commerces et c'est aussi un plaisir de voir tout les transports qu'il y a près de l'établissement. Pour visiter cette belle ville tours , au plaisir d'y revenir prochainement. Nos cobraram café da manhã no check in, informamos que não queríamos, a recepcionista disse que ia estornar no cartão, aguardamos até o dia seguinte no checkout e o estorno não foi feito!! Reclamamos e o rapaz François disse que nao sabia de nada, que nao podia fazer nada e que era com a administração e sabemos que estorno de cartão é algo bem simples de ser feito o que realmente é necessário é ter boa vontade e respeito com o cliente!!!

Etat de la chambre à revoir

Les photos du studio 701 parlent d'elle même. Traces sur les murs, fauteuil et sommier tachés, table de chevet grasse, interrupteurs gras, prise avec fils apparents, plafonnier cuisine avec ampoule apparente et grillée, plaque de cuisson abimée, réfrigérateur non nettoyé, lampe murale qui clignote par moment. La télévision qui est enfermée dans une cloison est inaudible. Le temps n'êtait pas caniculaire mais pourtant il faisait une chaleur insupportable malgré l'ouverture de la baie donnant sur le balcon et le ventilateur qui fonctionnait toutes les nuits. Seuls points positifs : garantie de propreté sur les sanitaires, draps propre et présence d'un balcon. Quand on pratique une arrivée à 17h et un départ à 10h, d'autant plus dans un hotel 3 étoiles, on s'attend à une propreté et un état général irréprochable.
