"The AC was amazing and worked great, toiletries were stocked, towels clean, the pool was beautiful, clean and a great temperature. The common area behind and around the pool was beautifully kept and very welcoming. The staff were absolutely fantastic and such a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast was constantly refreshed and stocked up as well as kept clean. An amazing property and this will be the only place I ever stay again if im in the Tampa area."

"Where do I begin.. we got in late after a long drive, walked into our room and went to open the fridge door and before I could even open the fridge a roach ran out from underneath. That was upon entering the room. The next day we are gone the entire day 7 am-6 pm and come back to the room just to find that housekeeping had not been in there yet. Had the clean room button on even. We called down right away and told them no wonder they have roaches if they don’t even bother coming into the room to empty the garbage (we had ordered food) and they didn’t seem very apologetic, just acted like it was normal. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. The only positive about our stay was that the shower was spacious."

"No security. Loud. Couldn’t use pool because over run by men’s rugby team. Lobby overrun. Rugby games in parking lot well past midnight. Running around "

"Many properties are old but this is old and not maintained well. Shower drain so slow even a fast shower left you standing in water. Toilet tank would not refill. HVAC unit sounded like it was on its last breath. Breakfast that they touted was a joke, you hurt beyond expiration date, sliced deli ham in hot water with boiled eggs. Hard bread and bagels. Juice machine dispensed water on all outlets. "

"It's a nice kept place. The one downfall for me, is that you don't get free breakfast, and there aren't any restaurants close by. You can purchase coffee and muffins here though."
