Great location, across from Toulouse Matabiau train station. Walking distance to Old Town, vibrant neighborhood, great restaurants on Boulevard de Strasbourg, shops and mini markets. Would stay here again. Our bedroom with 2 twin beds was comfortable and spacious.

The room was extremely basic and nothing like the photos. It is dated, dark, and smelt like someone had been smoking in the room. The triple room was not 3 beds like the photo, it was a double and small single. Not very impressed, thankfully it was only for one night. However, it was clean and well located. I'd recommend the restaurant next door in the cycle shop though!

The hotel is right across the train station which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the operations manager. The hotel is really in need of remodeling almost everywhere. The elevator and the carpet in the corridors are so dirty and old. Breakfast was good and offered variety of items. Overall the hotel is good with a tendency to just ok.

The staff, breakfast and location are all excellent. But the building is quite old and undergoing a major facelift with scaffolding outside our window. Our room was smaller than expected, though the bathroom very modern and hot water plentiful. The elevator is ancient and tiny. I expect this will all be taken care of over time, but still a lot of work to do as of May 2026.

I really liked this Hotel. They are presently renovating the front facade so it’s covered in scaffolding. The location to the bus and train is amazing, just across the street. The gentleman who attended to us was very friendly and helpful. There’s free coffee available at all times and breakfast is available in the morning (it may or may not be included with your room depending on your booking. The only issue for some may be a small older style elevator if you have large luggage. The air conditioning worked great and was appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again 😊
