"The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends, the room had a funky smell and the walls are extremely think which allow you to hear everything, the pool was enclosed in a clear greenhouse which made the area unbearable on a warm sunny day. Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else."

"Good position , 5 min from the metro. Well equipped room with microwave hob and fridge. Comfy bed, nice bathroom with good shower. Quality linen and towels. Only downside was previous guests had spilt coffee down the wall so needed a repaint. Reception very helpful. Would definitely stay again"

Staff was excellent, near the train station with a couple of coffee amd restaurents a little walk from the hotel. note though: rooms donr have small refrigerator, no microwave and no air conditioning we had tonopen thr windows with no screens at nihjt good thing nothing went inside like mosquitosnor birdsnir anything. "

"Hotel was basically good - clean Downside — month of April still considered winter and there is no air conditioning — had to sleep with windows open at night — there was noise from highway late into the night Too hot in Madrid in April to be without air conditioning Otherwise staff was helpful"

"The AC isn't working right, and when I called reception, they told me to open the window for fresh air. I emailed the manager but never heard back. I even spoke to her, and she confirmed the AC is broken and they're short-staffed (I had to go down to pick up an iron myself). Plus, there's no parking lot, so you have to find a spot on the street."
