"This property is not easily accessible. Many stairs. Access ramps are outdoors. Requested an accessible room with king bed but none were available on check-in. Had to go into the restaurant to order room service. However, smash burger was delicious!"

"The staff were amazing as they always are. However this time our stay was dissapointing at best. We had to switch rooms because 514 is where souls go to die. It's a darker room with limited lighting and not at all as nice as the other rooms on floors above it. Really needs more light and a room makeover. ..."
