Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
"The pillows were too soft. The shower was awful. Very hard to control the temperature on it. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the breakfast was pretty good. It's a great location for getting around. We did get evacuated from the hotel due to a fire alarm going off. Not sure what happened. ..."
