"I have mobility issues and everybody went out of their way to make it easier for me including changing my room so I was closer to the elevator. One complication: I paid for my room in June and this was not noticed when I checked in August. Therefore I was charged a second time. The hotel is working ..."

"Great location, very clean, very helpful at the reception desk. Room size is just big enough for a couple of days. King size mattress was worn though, as you’d sink into it. Great pool and fitness room."

Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites
"A C didn't work, sliding door to the balcony wouldn't lock, and we were on the first floor. I know they've been upgrading the hotel, but the room we were in wasn't so old with little quick fixes on the paint or wall paper. Most concerning was not being able to lock the door on the balcony. Not impressed. ..."
