We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was within walking distance to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The hotel room was clean and the staff attentive. I would highly recommend the hotel to others.

One King West Hotel & Residence
Excellent room. Male manager would not honour the extra food perk that was given by a female manager earlier on May 12 to make up for errors on check-in on May 11. He treated me like I was lying and obviously didn’t have any respect for me because I’m an older woman.
