"The experience of our stay was AMAZING it is the high light of our trip to japan recommend staying there. the resort is modern and luxurious. the staff are kind and welcoming the service and hospitality was exceptional . room (lodge) size is big with view of mount fuji. the facilities areas (cloud area) is lovely and cozy with bonfire and indoor fireplace we enjoyed hanging out there. the resort offered various activities that i recommend booking in advance (pizza making, hiking, canoe, electric bike and other activities) we also booked breakfast box that is in room breakfast recommend booking it in advance. and we had dinner in there restaurant (La carte) which was lovely. we will stay again for our next japan trip."

"The room was very clean and super spacious which is hard to find in japan! I would definitely recommend booking a room with Mt Fuji view as waking up to the view each morning was priceless! They have a free shuttle to the station in the morning too which is convenient. It’s walkable to local recommended restaurants but is quite dark so for 600¥ Ubers are also an option! You can even hire bikes during the day from the hotel. I would recommend this place to others and stay again if I return to the area. Thanks"
