"I’ve stayed four times now. The rooms are fine, many with lovely river views. But two out of four times there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. That really needs to be fixed I’m afraid. "

No convenient soap provided for a bath as dispenser was locked into a container for the sink. Additional charge for parking in hotel car park disappointing - we managed to find free parking on the street nearby."

"Beds were cheap and to soft. The linens are poly cotton with a cheap feel. The room had a smell of the kitchen cooking and also in the hallway. If the location was not convenient we definitely would not stay there."

"Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room met basic requirements. It really needs a deep clean. No shower gel in the gel dispenser! Having paid for a garden view room, I only saw a slither of grass & a picnic table! Sleep disturbed due to noise by the electric towel rail in the bathroom because when I put it off at the main switch the noise stopped. Description on Expedia was better than reality."
