"Hotel is attached the the pub/restaurant which is great, great comfy rooms, good shower, good breakfast etc all what you would expect at this price point.
Just a couple of service niggles, as we where left waiting for check-in for some 15 mins and then drinking in the bar after dinner they stopped serving at 10:30 with no warning, no bell, just 'we have shut up the bar' so we cant serve you. "
"Overall excellent, but I was charged a daily parking fee because it was booked via Expedia and not directly with the hotel.
Other minor complaints, had to used the hair dryer outside of the bathroom, it did not have a magnifying mirror or extractor fan in the bathroom, and no media charging plugs."
"I’d definitely stay there again if I have reason to be near Staines again. Beautiful spot on the river. Not short, but a nice, easy walk to the train station. "

"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."

"I have stayed at the property a number of times and it is clean and quiet with excellent facilities. I did eat in the restaurant again this year, but the standard of food appears to have dropped considerably. This may have been a one off, chef not in etc, but we were disappointed with the food which we did inform the bar. "
"Such a beautiful place! The room was just stunning and very clean. Very spacious with big bathroom and free standing bath which added a nice touch. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was very good although my pizza was slightly more done than I would have liked but still enjoyable. 30 seconds walk and there is a lovely place to walk down the river and watch the boats. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy some food and a drink. Would definitely stay here again. "
