My partner and me stayed for one night. This place has great potential but they need to work on several areas. It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . A bit of courtesy goes a long way. In summary lots of things to be improved but with a bit of effort this will be achievable

It was all great until my room flooded, and although I was moved rooms and told I was upgraded (no difference in the room other than having a worse view), I wasn’t even provided a discount on my stay for the inconvenience of having to move rooms in the middle of the night.
Also had a coworker who go stuck in the elevator. Otherwise- the breakfast buffet was amazing.

The air conditioning was ice cold which was welcome with the heatwave happening in the UK. The staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay next time we are in London.

"The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating ..."

Very nice staff
"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips.
