"The location, staff, food, parking and facilities were all great. The only downside was a noise from the pipes when the toilet was flushed, which was a little unsettling in the middle of the night."

"After reading such positive reviews it was a massive disappointment. The room was perfectly clean and the cleaners in morning were lovely but that is where the positive side ends. We were not given any check in details and arriving at 8pm with a young child had to call and wait for a text. We then were waken up around 11:30pm with a ridiculous amount of noise from next door and after reaching out was answered very dismissively . In the morning we were again waken up due to loud noise from...

"Modern and clean. Helpful staff. Amenities if needed. Close to train and shops."

"Great location with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. My executive studio was so spacious and had everything I needed for a two night stay. The staff were great, letting me check in early and check out a little later. Will stay here again next time I'm back"

"Spacious, very clean, nice smelling, not overpowering. I arrived at 7pm to find they had put the heater on, so I arrived to a warm and cosy unit. My car parking bay was straight outside the door. There is a luggage bench, bliss, no bending. The bed was comfortable & had an electric blanket. The 2-seater lounge was very comfortable. The grounds, gardens, playground and pool were well maintained. There is a free laundry and dryer facility and clothesline onsite, which was wonderful. Staff...

"Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are spacious and face out over a lovely park with a balcony to relax on. Nice design inside with lots of light. Walk to everything. Its my go to accomm when Im in Frankston, although getting a bit more pricey of late."

"Beautifully presented Hampton style property. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quite spacious for a motel. Nice meal from restaurant but it was disappointing that there weren’t enough kitchen staff to open for breakfast. Overall above average motel."

"Everyone at this hotel was very friendly, from the moment we walked through the doors till the moment we checked out. Having the bistro next door was so convenient & the breakfast was amazing value. If we are ever back that way again we would not hesitate to stay again."

"部屋は広く、日もよく差し込みます。ただチェックインを電話で行うこととシャワーの水圧が弱かったのがマイナスかな。あとドアに鍵をかける際、ちょっと押し込んでやらないと閉まらなかったりします。合計で1週間ほど泊まりましたが、大きく不便だったり不快な点はなかったです。まぁ少し神経質な人だったオススメはしないかも"

"Très propre et bien entretenu. Sécuritaire également."

"Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good."

"Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight. We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds. Will not be staying again or recommending this place."

"Good"

"Great view from the guest rooms. We stayed on a Friday night as a family with small children. Convenient to the penguin parade, and a lovely calm swimming beach directly out front. It’s was quiet and perfect for the price."

"The property is lack of maintenance, deck is worn and timber broken. Cleanness is poor . When we arrived in the afternoon, there was poo feces in the toilet but with a “ already cleaned” banner on the toilet seat."

"The accomodation is at best average. Very old and dated. The bed was hard/ firm and not overly comfortable. The ensuite was ok, but very old but serviceable. I couldnt recommend it other than it being the cheapest accomodation in the area."

"นำ้เบามาก ฝักบัวไม่ดี"

"The hotel is quiet and has complete amenities, including a washing machine and dryer. The rooms are very clean. If you're visiting Phillip Island, I recommend staying here. It's great."
