"Friendly and English speaking staff were very helpful, buffet breakfast simple but filling, shuttle bus to and from the airport a great plus and check out a breeze. If you’re staying there for awhile and you want to eat out you can ride the shuttle to the airport and there are a lot of restaurants in Terminals 1 (4th & 5th floors) and 2 (4th floor) to choose from."

"The staff at this hotel are really lovely. I was able to check in early for no extra fee, at about 11:30 am, which I really appreciated. The staff were very responsive to my emails before I arrived too. So, so nice. My room was very comfortable and warm. Great view in my room of the planes departing from the airport. The shuttle bus was great and I had time to look around Narita town before flying out of Japan the next day."
