"Beautiful hotel in an incredible spot. Right across the street from the castle and a block away from the heart of Cardiff. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean an enormous. I enjoyed my stay "

"Basic, but adequate. Our room had a king size bed, but with a double mattress on, so the base over-hang on one side. The ceiling was dusty with cobwebs hanging off the polysterene tiles. Could hear the tv clearly from adjacent room(s). Location wise, was great, nice and central. Was fine for a night, but needs updating in general. The hotel offered a discount for overnight parking at one of the NCP car parks - except we'd already parked and checked in before being given this information on the check-in slip so we didn't move the car. "
