"The check-in was an indicator of how the stay would go. We were given room key and told it was straight down the corridor opposite the reception desk. It transpired that the room was almost at the furthest point one could be from the reception area and involved a number of changes of direction and finally a very steep and narrow staircase with literally no landing outside the room. "The hotel is in a great location to explore Killarney! "We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was great. We booked our hotel and paid for our stay through Expedia. The hotel accidentally charged my card upon check in. Upon check out, they explained their mistake to us and refunded our card. What they charged us and what they refunded was not the same, due to the exchange rate. I sent the property a message telling them that their mistake cost me money, but no one responded. That is disappointing."
