"Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Teenagern zwei Zimmer gebucht und haben tolle Zimmer mit eigenen Zwischenflur bekommen, so dass wir einen eigenen Bereich für uns hatten. Die Zimmer und das Flair des Hotels sind wie erwartet und haben Charme. Uns haben vor allem die alten Dokumente zum Hotel entlang der Korridore gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. "This hotel is an oasis from the bustle of Killarney. The room was very classy and spacious. Bedding was excellent and love that there was a down pillow. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Stephen is very friendly, excellent bar tender and server. Actually, all staff we were in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Location is close to National Park and about a 15-20 minute walk into city Centre."

"I enjoyed the quaint ambience very much. Our room was a generous size, which we appreciated. The staff were all delightful. We dropped by the pub Saturday night and the musicians were very talented, playing traditional Irish music that had me toe-tapping. My main suggestion is about food because I am Celiac and need gluten-free options. The options were limited, and I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room for food I keep with me because of the limited menu options I often am...

We added the breakfast buffet which was a great value. There is a connected pub with a kitchen which was great after a long day of travel. "
