My only complaint is the strict check-in policy—check-in starts exactly at 2 p.m., with no early check-ins allowed, so plan your visit accordingly. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a gift shop, several restaurants, game and karaoke rooms—great options for families or anyone looking for a relaxing staycation. My family and I stayed in a Japanese-style tatami room in the South Wing. While the room was cozy, it felt a bit small and dated. The bedding was warm and comfortable, though I wouldn’t recommend this room type for elderly guests, as getting in and out of the futon might be difficult. There are several types of onsen baths available, including steam and sauna rooms—honestly, too many to try them all. I also had my first Kaiseki dinner after visiting the onsen, and it was a wonderful experience. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing visit to Hell Valley."
