Nice hotel near Shin-Okubo
Great little hotel near Shin-Okubo station, but far enough away from the main streets that it was very quiet. The automated check-in was somewhat inconvenient only because I had to re-enter info I had already entered online. Would stay again!

The room had a very bad odor and there was a motion light at the entrance of our room that went on throughout the night while we were sleeping. Called for help with that and a worker taped a napkin over it which ended up falling off in the middle of the night.

安価だったので少し不安でしたが部屋も綺麗でとても素晴らしかったです！ チェックインもホテル入口にあるタブレットで出来ます。最後に最終確認としてオペレーターさんとタブレットのビデオ通話で話す形になります。 メールの対応も丁寧でした！また利用したいと思います！

Easy access from Shinokubo station. Very clean hotel. They provide washing machine at the top floor, make us easy to do laundry.

Hotel sin recepción, tienes que hacer el check-in tu mismo. Está al lado de la vía del tren y las ventanas no están insonorizadas por y los trenes pasan cada minuto. La habitación es enana, y para colmo la wifi no funcionaba bien.

소소한 호텔
공간이 너무 작고(캐리어 둘 공간도 없음) 소음이 아주 심함(난방기 소음, 지하철 소음) 나머지는 가격 대비 괜찮았음

シャワーブースのドアが外れて困ったのと、ハンドソープが空だったのはマイナスポイント 事前事後の荷物預かりが系列ホテルで場所が違って不便だったがロビー？を使わせて頂けて助かった 部屋の冷蔵庫には水とシートマスクがあったのも嬉しかった

ホテルそのものは、場所も駅近でしたし部屋も綺麗でお値段の安さと比較して大変満足です。簡易の寝間着が無かったのだけが想定外でしたが、どこかに書いてあったのでしょうか？ 安いので仕方ないですね。

個人的にはまぁまぁかと
1人での利用 部屋の中は狭いので食事など全てベッドの上で済ませましたが幸いツインルームでベッドが2台あったのでどうにか過ごせました。電車の音、他の宿泊者の声がずっと聞こえます。駅から近くコンビニや食事にも困りません。

壁が薄く、深夜早朝から若者グループの廊下の声や物音がきになりましたがそれ以外価格とこのクオリティなら文句ない快適に過ごせました

電車の音やどこかの部屋で騒いでる声とかは聞こえてきたけど、部屋はキレイだしベッドも寝心地はよかったから全体的には満足でした。 新大久保も歩いてすぐなので、立地もよかったです。 チェックインも予約番号がメール等できておらずわかりずらかったので、そこは改善してほしい。

チェックアウトする時に、部屋番号と予約コードをいれても番号と違いますになって、お電話させて頂きました。スムーズにチェックアウトできなかったのが残念。

部屋はすごく綺麗で、とても居心地がよかった。 チェックインの詳細を送っていただけると聞いていたが、連絡がなくチェックインに手間取った。対応が海外の方でなかなか話が通じなかったのにも困りました。あらかじめメールなどでチェックインなどの説明があればスムーズにいけたと思う。
