Perfect for me.

I love this chain. I just wish they had a second elevator. Nice area, walking distance to three stations, including Tokyo Station. 7-11 & Family Mart right on the corner.

Hotel is in a great location near transport and the staff are nice. My room was comfortable albeit small. Downsides are that the property is a bit old, the bathroom faucet was a bit fault and the building has only one lift.

Location is good. However, it is unbelievable to have only one left for a hotel have so many guests. It will be dangerous when there is a fire. Bed is too soft. I cannot sleep. I will not come again.

You would expect a cleaner hotel. Lots of dust in the AC and throughout the room. Lots of stains on the walls and carpet. The interior of the building was extremely hot. Not the best place in Tokyo especially by the train station.
