"I had an amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly and the entire place was so clean! I didn't get to use the amenities because of my schedule, but they looked great in the pictures and I'm sure I would've loved them as well. There is a free shuttle to and from Disneyland and Disney Sea, which is so helpful! They're very glad to help you with anything you need. I would love to stay here again next time I visit here for Tokyo Disney."

"We just had a wonderful stay at Brighton Hotel stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had many options to accommodating most dietary restrictions or preferences. Staff are patient and professional."

"If your going to Disney which was my groups goal the hotel for sure works! The shuttle was easy, they held our luggage but vending machines had limited drinks and the VIP lounge was a little to much. Please keep in mind it’s not around to convince my store etc."

"I loved the fact that there was 24-hour in-house convenience store inside the hotel, free shuttle to Maihama station and disney resorts! Staff are helpful but not all of them. Overall it was a good experience!"

"The airport shuttle service was convenient. It only took about an hour to reach the hotel at night. When we arrived, the room was very clean and quiet. Morning breakfast was delicious. There was a good selection of food to choose from. My favorite was the fried chicken beside the rice and curry station. Also, I really like the Disney shuttle. Being able to travel back and forth from DisneySea, especially during rainy days, was a great privilege. On the other hand, the hotel staff was very polite and helpful. They called the taxi for us when we needed to go somewhere. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Disney in Japan."

"A great hotel with friendly staff and fantastic rooms by Japanese standards. The only let down was the dinner menu in the restaurant that had very little choice and very basic. It forces you to go outside the hotel to eat dinner. We did see a lot of guests ordering Uber Eats etc in the evening. Strange though as breakfast was really good. All in all a nice friendly hotel ideally located."
