"All staff are very nice and helpful. Room is really big. "

"I found the hotel very cool and interesting, comfortable and clean. The area it was in was great! The only issue is that The lighting in the entry way made it quite difficult for the tablet to read the QR code for check in but eventually got past that ."

"The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. "Excellent location. Numerous locations to eat and shop nearby. Close to the train station to travel. Staff was very friendly. Storage space beneath the bed for luggage was an awesome touch!"

I came to have breakfast at 9.15 am, many foods run out and not been filled up. I feel like I don’t have things to eat, a very limited menus left. The egg corner closed very fast. The guests who come after 9.30 am cannot...
