Fantastic staff. Room was phenomenal. Spa was wonderful according to my wife. View was amazing. Breakfast buffet was one of the best on my trip.

The room is spacious and clean, with many designs dedicated for the ease of stay which we like a lot. Breakfast wise is good selection with theme of seafood in the Toba region. Onsen is the best part of this stay as this might be the only region you may find the pearl theme onsen with many good quality skin products free for use. Overall a very satisfying stay here, will definitely come back again next time!

very nice view. the bed was very comfortable. i love the breakfast, they have a lot of local produce that are very fresh and delicious. the staff are very friendly and helpful eventho they are not very good at english. must try the french restaurant.

Awesome stay and great service

Amazing view from the room (even tho it was mountain side - still able to see a bit of sea view). Spacious clean room and looked newly renovated. Free shuttle bus service available between Toba station and hotel. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Service was awesome as well! Was taking photos at the exterior lobby deck and a friendly staff came running out and offered to take photos for us. Would stay here again if I visit Toba again!

Service is good. From the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant staff. The male manager at the breakfast reception is always bright and courteous every morning. Club room is super worth it since there’s food throughout the day with yummy cheesecakes etc. There’s even free flow liquor available. The club room is pretty and nicely renovated. We loved our stay at TOBA we stayed 3 nights

We came all the way from Macau. This is the 3rd time I came back to Toba International. And I am still planning for my next time. Anyways, this time I brought my family altogether 11 persons with seniors 70-91 and a baby that just turned 4 months old. We had a great time. The staffs are very nice and friendly and willing to assist in every way. Just the stairs from Ocean Wing and Harbour Wing needs some attention, but my 91 years old grandma was able to go up and down several times a day.

Had an amazing stay for two nights, enjoying the stunning views, luxurious pearl bath, and the impeccable service. The breakfast buffet had many delicious options and dinner at the Seahorse was exceptional. The only downside were the stairs between the main lobby and the harbour view building, which were challenging for my elderly parents.
