We decided to come even if we don’t have a dog, but this was not a problem. Of course, you have to like dogs, because most people come with their dogs. But everyone is very respectful. The staff is always helpful and adorable. The bedroom was wide, clean and the view on the ocean is beautiful. The dinner & the breakfast were delicious, a mix of fish, meat, veggies… We stayed 2 nights and we were positively surprised that they made an effort to serve us a few different dishes for our second dinner and breakfast. Onsen is small but very nice and comfortable. Perfect after a long day around in Toba or the islands around. We loved our stay very much! Thank you!

ペットと大浴場以外は一緒にすごせるという夢のようなホテル🏨 食事も一緒に食べられ、犬用メニュー何種類からか選べて大満足 屋外、屋上ドッグラン、プールもとても快適に烝出来ました 屋内ドッグランがアンモニア臭すごくてそこが残念でした。絨毯だったのでみんなオムツ着用で利用出来たらと、それか床材を尿の染み込まない素材に替えて便の汚れも掃除しやすくすると良いのかなと オムツ着用でベッドで添い寝できるのも嬉しかったです。ベッド周りは臭くなかったですが、窓際が臭うところありました。消臭スプレーや空気清浄機が完備されていて匂い対策への努力は感じました。 スタッフも犬好きの人が多くて、犬の情報を色々教えて下さいました。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

全体的にお部屋は古さを感じますが、お掃除もいきとどいていますしとても良かったです。朝食も小鉢がたくさんあり本当に美味しかったです。大変満足しています。 ペット同伴での宿泊でないですが、においも気にならずもんだいなく過ごせます。

ペットの施設も充実していて、プールの後のトリミングにあるようなドライヤーがあるのには驚きました。 ペットと一緒に泊まれるのはすごくよく、ワンちゃん（ペット）を大事にしていただいた感じです。 食事も一緒にできたのはとてもよかったです。 ありがとうございました。

フロントのスタッフに笑顔がなく、事務的。どちらかというと感じ悪いと思った。 今回送迎バスを利用させてもらいましたが、目的地[5~6分]ストレートに行ける人と、行けない人がいる事に驚いた。 レストランのスタッフはみんな感じが良く、楽しく食事が出来た。 ワンチャン達とのレストランでの出会いは楽しかったです。 [私は79歳、2､4キロのトイプーとの旅でした]

施設は古いけれど、綺麗に清掃してありました。 食事が２部制なので、食事開始時間のEV待ちの時間が長かったです。 みんな食事会場にカートで向かうので、もう少し時間をずらしても良いのかなと思いました。 添い寝ができるのがとてもありがたいのですが、ベッドが高すぎてわんこが落ちないか心配で、夜中何度も目が覚めてしまいました。 あと、上の階の音がダイレクトにここえるので、騒がしくて落ち着きませんでした。

建物自体は古いので設備などは昭和の香りがしましたが、メンテナンスや清掃は行き届いていたので過ごしやすい環境が整っていました。 とにかく、ワンちゃんファーストなので、何も気をつかうことがなく、私も愛犬もストレスを感じずに幸せ気分になれました。 スタッフさんは皆親切で、優しい時間が流れてたホテルです。 お食事も丁寧に作られていて、とても美味しかったです。 うちのワンちゃんは、ワンバーグ何お気に入りでした。

設備は古いですけど、スタッフさんはみんないい笑顔、優しいです。ワンちゃん一緒に泊まれるホテルは面白いです。ワンちゃん好きの方にもおすすめです。 食事付きプランだったら、食事時間あんまり選べないし、エレベーターも行列です。ここはちょっと改善してほしいですね。 駐車場は土曜に混んでます。

部屋も広く、匂いも無く、とても良い時間を過ごせました。ベランダに出るドアが風が吹くとガタガタと音が鳴るところは改善していただきたいと思います。屋上のドッグランもとても気持ちよく、景色も良く楽しめました。スタッフもとても親切に対応していただき、また利用したいと思いました。

客室は犬と一緒に泊まれるとあって、綺麗ではない…とても古かったです。（部屋に蜘蛛の巣があったり、ベッドしたや床は犬がかいたであろう傷や汚れあり）犬と寝れる、料理はまぁ美味しい、スタッフさんの接客も良いを含めて普通評価としました。次も選ぶかというと微妙なとこではあります。

わんわんパラダイスホテルの利用は浜名湖に続き2回目です。一日目はおかげ横丁二日目多岐ヴィソンの日程で行きました。徒歩圏内には何も無いですが車ですぐのところに観光ショッピングができる施設があるので立地は悪くないと思います。普段の旅行はその土地の美味しいものお店で食べるのですが今回はホテルでの夕食をお願いしました。全体的に薄味で一番最後に釜飯のひじきごはんはおかずがない状態でひじきご飯だけでは食べられなかったです！おにぎりにしてもらい部屋で買ってきた漬け物と一緒に美味しく頂きました。部屋は臭いなども気にならず良かったです。
