"CitizenM was the perfect place for our stay.
The hotel features smart room technology, meaning all the room functions, lights, temperature, and TV, are controlled through an app on the iPad provided in the room. The room itself is compact, but cleverly designed to make the most of the space. We had a great view of the city and there was still plenty of room for two people to share comfortably.

"location and staff was spectacular. a easy 20 minute walk to all things of interest. Staff met you every day and night at entry, helpful with information , friendly and an excellent breakfast. Rooms were large, clean and quiet. The lobby and lounge / bar area was very relaxing at the end of a day. A wonderful experience enhanced by Rose and Emilie at hotel. thank you for making our adventure fun."

"And exceptional find. Beatifully refitted buildings in a lovely historical quarter, handy to everything. Spacious, elegant rooms, and very comfortable bedding, good wifi with lots of places to charge your devices, Lovely common areas, well used by people enjoying the bar and daily ‘cosy’ hour, the excellent buffet breakfast, the help of the friendly and clued up lobby staff. "We booked an apartment for five nights and had the most memorable stay in Copenhagen. The apartment had lots of windows, well stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom, and ample room. The staff is very helpful, wonderful organic breakfast and free wine hour.

"Lovely large family room which was warm and comfortable. Hotels breakfast was very good and catered for all nationalities I’d say. Lots of fresh produce including granola , oats , fruits, cold meats, pastries etc. Interior of hotel is really smart, and above all the hotel is in a great spot near to central station and the City Hall which are about 5/10 minute walk away at most. As a family we loved having two supermarkets right around corner from hotel to stock up on drinks at start of day...
