"The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was in great condition and clean however if you have courtyard room, be prepared for noises. There were noises from someone dragging the bin around midnight and early morning construction (7-8 am). Barely able to get good sleep."

"Really good and modern hotel, with attentive staff and good facilities. We had no issues and everything went smoothly. We appreciated the upgraded room. The hotel is very close to the Central Train Station, which was very handy to us to travel to and from the airport, to Sweden and day trips from Copenhagen. We could see the many train lines from our window, but noise was minimal."

"Stayed only one night but it was very pleasant. The sit down dinner with preset seating and menu was a very nice touch and gave us the chance to meet others who we’d otherwise never have met. Location was great - right on the canal, walking distance to food and drink and city centre. It was also surprisingly quiet, which was an added bonus. All in all, we would absolutely stay there again if we ever make our way back to Denmark."

It is right on a canal, and right where the canal opens up into the (harbor?). Everything is convenient, and easy walk to many places you may want...

"Located very near to Central station. Easy to access. And the place is nice. 2bedroom and 1 living room and 1 bahtroom."

"Good location, nice reception"

"We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning...
