"This is an amazing hotel - room was great, clean and functional. Loved the small touches - free water, coffee, robes, etc). The washer/dryer was awesome (although it took quite a while to dry the clothes). Location was amazing - MRT across the street and views of the Grand Hotel within walking distance. There is a pool and gym but I did not use them. I would stay here again on my next trip."

However, in the loft-style room we stayed in, the upstairs closet opened into what appeared to be a small storage area filled with miscellaneous items, which was quite surprising and a bit uncomfortable. "They have got an excellent restaurant for impressive dinner menu and an amazing variety of breakfast. Both the public and private bath in the room were amazing. Since we have stayed 2 nights at the hotel, we get to try different onsen there (they swap the female and male onsen area every night). The location is also very close to the metro station with a number of restaurants nearby. "
