"Stayed here for three nights. Room is fine, but my credit card information was stolen the next day I checked out. This is the only place I use with that card during my whole trip to Taiwan, so I'm pretty sure something's wrong with the concierge. Please be careful when you leave your credit card information to them."
"This hotel is definitely underrated. It is at least a four or 4 1/2 star. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and quiet and very up-to-date. The staff is helpful and the location is excellent directly across from the train station the Shillin market a short walk away. So many food options to choose from. Even a bar almost next door. "
"It’s a beautiful, grand, and spotless hotel. Very spacious and well designed room. We had buffet breakfast here daily. There was a very large selection of food (meat/seafood, soup, dumplings, congee, fruits, salads, cheeses, pastries,…) which was satisfying and by far the best overall hotel breakfast offered (France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, S. Korea, Japan that I’ve been to).
Very courteous and efficient staff to assist at any time. "
"Our room had a beautiful view of the road and the tree line. The buffet was delicious with great variety. This hotel is attached to a mall so it can get busy. There were a lot of people there for business and for weddings."
"This stay at Regent Taipei was an extremely satisfying experience overall. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient, making me feel the high standard of five-star service from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with great attention to detail in its upkeep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. In addition, the hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient for shopping and transportation. It is truly one of the most highly recommended hotels in Taipei.
