"Banyantree Tianjin絕對把招牌放錯了建築物，完全沒有一點與Banyantree的特色連結，若一定要說有..就只有SPA,可惜了，又再次糟蹋了Banyantree的經典SPA,非常失望。
我們08/11住河東區香格里拉很棒，軟硬體服務具佳，08/12住悅榕莊，08/13住和平區的Ritz Carlton.
三個品牌都是世界知名品牌，也都傳承其該有特色，只有悅榕莊無法想像思考，請把我的名字列入它的黑名單吧！絕不會再回去住宿，可惜天津這麼有質量的海河沿岸被悅榕莊破壞了!"

"Hotel was nice, with a big clean washroom. We only stayed for one night to catch an early flight, so didn’t use any facilities. The hotel is OLD yet well kept. BUT has a strong odour associated with that. Reminded me of a wet rag. If you’re okay with that hotel is great :D."

"新桃園位置相當好，要去天津各區都很方便，以位置來說價位合理，服務人員的服務也還可以，雖說旁邊就有地鐵施工工地，但隔音很好不吵。新桃園的缺點在於清潔程度不夠好，房間內的地毯不太乾淨，且好像有小蟲，睡到第三天起床後身上有幾個蟲咬的包。另外房間內的空調無法調整，只有中央空調，太熱只有把空調關掉。這兩個缺點若能改進，這個飯店可以讓人想再回去住。附註一點，8樓健身房的設備妥善率不佳，盼改善。"

"Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."
