Decent hotel with several downsides

Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin.

It was terrible! Unbelievable There are no seats in the lobby! I sit in the lobby and waited my wife . The bar staff, Alice, said you can not sit here unless you order something! Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible! I report to the manger in the front desk. He did I not thing! Just said you can sit the seat. That is it! It is not Westin style!

Hotel location was ok. The reception staff was very slow, but that happens very often in China. The restaurant's evening buffet and breakfast catered well for the Asian guests, but was really not for my Northern European taste. Also the ingredients didn't seem that fresh and there were not enough options for vegetarian diet. My room carpet got wet after taking a bath, and I don't even know how it is possible because there is a wall in between. The carpet looked damaged. The spa in the hotel was lovely, though expensive.

服務人員很親切的房間安靜空間很大 每天下午和晚上lobby 有音樂表演可點杯飲料享受悠閒時光 早餐好吃合口味而且餐點每天有變化 飯店的地點很好 距離五大道和西開教堂步行約10分鐘就會到了 附近還有很多商場用餐購物都方便 在這住宿兩晚我們很滿意

출장 2박후기.

출장으로 2박을 묵었습니다. 전반적인 시설이 오래된 호텔이나, 관리상태가 썩 나쁘지 않고, 침구류등은 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 다만, 카페트냄새가 자꾸 올라와 거슬리는 점과, 에어컨디셔너의 온도조절기능이 안되는 부분이 아쉽습니다. 에어컨의 성능은 너무 좋아서, 추울 정도라 문제였습니다. 1층 라운지식당의 종업원들은 훈련이 아예 안되어 있는듯, 뭐라 말하면 대답도 없고, 잘 오지도 않습니다. 기본적인 영어는 아예 안되고, 중국어로 말해도 잘 이해하지 못하는 것을 보면, 업무에 대한 교육이 아예 안되어 있는 것 같아서, THE Westin의 서비스를 기대하기란 어렵습니다. 하지만, 영어가 되는 직원들은 아주 친절하고, 응대를 잘 하니, 영어할 수 있는 직원을 찾아서 필요한 것을 요구하는 것이 좋은 방법입니다. 5층 헬스클럽은 관리상태가 굿입니다. 호텔위치는 시내 아주 편리한 위치이며, 근처에 전철 1호선역 (잉코우다오)이 있어서 천진서부역으로 갈 시에 아주 편리한 위치 입니다.
