"My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I appreciate a kettle and hairdryer that are not directly wired to the mains and can be moved. Having stayed at other hotels in Cardiff this is one I would return to."

"Short comfortable stay didn’t use the facilities"

"Me, my mum and my teenage daughter stayed for one night and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, very spacious and clean for two of us in a twin. There is no elevator, so they changed our room straight away to being on a lower floor for my mum. The front desk has someone there 24 hours which was great as we could come and go whenever and didnt need to worry about coming back late after the theatre. The earlier check in...

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist nett. Es gab genug Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und es war lecker. Die Größe der Zimmer war gut. It was only 10 min by foot from the train station and about 15 min from Cardiff Castle. I also had an issue the first night with the heater in the room so I complained to the staff. Not...

"Lovely little place to stay with an Italian restaurant downstairs! Food was great too!"
