"Booked primarily for universal fast passes but enjoyed the hotel experience more than expected. Comfortable room, nice pancakes on room service and the boat back from the parks was fun."

"Lobby smelled great upon entry and was very clean. Check in process was smooth and FD was pleasant. I usually dont like to book rooms with a carpet because it traps smell, but I was pleasantly surprised that my room did not have an old musty smell. My stay was short but, I found the property to be very peaceful and quiet. My husband only complaint was that the pillows were too soft and seemed old. I'd definitely stay again, but I'm still on the edge about paying for parking at a hotel I've already paid to stay at."

"From the minute, we walked through the front door the aroma was amazing! It smelled fresh and clean! The staff were very kind and helpful! The room was very clean, the pillows are my favorite, feather down pillows! AC worked wonderful. The property was well-maintained. The pool is very clean. They had hot fresh coffee, 24 hours a day. The only thing I didn’t engage in was the breakfast. It was plain bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, and cereal, these are not items that I normally eat for a breakfast. I will stay here again🤗"

"The second we walked in we felt very welcomed by the staff. They gave us an upgrade on our room. It was our first time at universal and they made it an amazing everlasting experience. Rooms were exceptionally clean and food service to the room was very fast. Pool and hot tub really topped the whole trip!"

"Additional fees for WiFi and resort (pool lol) should be automatically included or at least you should be notified for the additional fees! Never again!!!"
