"Super easy location if you only plan to go to universal and don’t want to rent a car. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and the staff were friendly and helpful! Coming from a city where most things are closed by 10pm, it was easy to grab late night food like a burger or pizza right next door till 2am. "

"Rooms are in serious need of improvement. The latch on the door out to the balcony was broken, bathroom door very squeaky. Apparently our room was the only one that didn’t have chairs on the balcony? So I couldn’t enjoy it really. So the hotel passes by as a 4 star, but the rooms are a 3 star. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room service was great. The parking situation is outrageous. $55 a day is crazy. I have clients who were going to stay for a week at this hotel, but gave up because of the parking price. "

"We stayed one night. Super convenient for our trip to Universal Studios. Paid $27 for parking and was allowed to keep our car parked there while we walked and enjoyed the park. Our room had only two outlets that worked so with. Family of four we had to rotate charging our electronics. There were no outlets by the beds, neither by the walls surrounding or by the bed stand. The lights were very dim, providing very little light. Typically there is a deposit fee, usually paid no more than $100. They charge a $200 deposit fee upfront so keep in mind to set that charge aside. "
