"Staff was helpful and friendly but room was tiny (even by large city standards) and worn. Self check in was encouraged but did not work (I arrived at a busy time and no one was able to work the self check). The room used technology for lights and air rather than switches which meant in order to adjust room temperature during the night you have to light up the complex touch screen. Which screws up circadian rhythms. Not recommended."

"The thing that makes this property so wonderful is the location and the views. The rooms, although amazing views, were outdated. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Overall it was a decent room for the amount of time I spent in it. The part that bothered me was the hotel lobby was under construction and hidden by a huge construction wall. I booked this place for the views and ability to lounge in the lobby and have amazing views. Unfortunately the only view was the front desk and a small market area with a few seats. The best part was the doormen who made sure to call the lift as they saw you approach. Top notch. I was charged F&B charges even though I didn’t use F&B on site. So check your card charges and ask for a printed folio. I would stay again, but will call to confirm there’s no construction, because it was not advertised on their Expedia listing."

"Excellent as always! Canopy by Hilton London is now our go to hotel. Staff are friendly, polite providing an exceptional service. We stayed in 2025 one weekend for our engagement and the hotel went above and beyond to make this special not to forget the stylish rooms and being close proximity to prime spots. On this occasion we were lucky enough to be ‘Guests of the day’ which meant we received a complimentary upgrade and a couple of perks! Thank you Canopy!"

"Staff was very helpful. I like their buffet breakfast and their restaurant. You don't have to go out after a hectic day tour. You can just eat in their hotel restaurant. Food were good and so with price. The only thing we hate was their bathroom sink. It's not draining properly. It took forever. Soo disgusting."

"The cons: Stayed during a heat wave. The AC cannot keep up so room was still quite warm. The gym is also severely lacking for a business focused hotel. The pros: Excellent location, rooms are decent, and the breakfast is amazing (albeit pricey at £20). The “meh”: The beds are hard and the pillows lack structure."
