"All staff that helped us were lovely. I made a mistake on the booking and the staff were extremely helpful and were willing to help us out. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."
"I’d stayed here before. This time it was for the athletics in Stratford. As usual, I was shown to a table for breakfast. All the staff were very polite and they put out a tray with glasses and two jugs of water onto a table, as one of the days was very hot. The SL4 bus goes past the hotel to Canary Wharf. So, I was able to get it, though the TfL (Transport for London) had closed the DLR line to Stratford which made it a bit awkward for me. "
