"Its a beautiful estate with cozy bungalows. Ac worked great and everything was clean. The family was amazing, very helpful. They made my wife and i an amazing breakfast and offered to cooked lunch and dinner. We opted to try some of the local food for lunch and dinner. "The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. The hotel is also part farm and the animals look sick. Maybe this was a nice hotel in the past but now it’s just not fit for purpose."

"We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for 2 days and departed on new years day. The property is clean and quiet and the breakfast is good. Communication with Pen is great and both Pen with Mr Nirun were very helpful. Only one thing to consider is if you do not have a car and is travelling to downtown during festive season (NYE for us), you may struggle getting a Grab/Bolt. It shouldnt be a problem during other times. "

"This hotel experience is not reflective of the price and we checked out several days early as had quite simply had enough. It has the potential to be really good but it needs a lot of investment: main issues were: the shower in bathroom not fit for purpose, a cold trickle that did not improve throughout stay, pool looked cold and unclean - no guests used this throughout our time there. Breakfast was similarly cold and badly cooked/poor ingredients. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (this is...

"Lovely owner & lovely grounds. Sadly the shower cut out every time we used it resulting in a blackout of electricity. Sometimes this would return after 2 minutes sometimes 10 minutes. We stayed 9 days. "

"Hotel was clean - a little dated but well kept. Staff was friendly. Right in the Ping River, not really walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc so you’ll need transportation. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options."
