"Väldigt fin och rymlig lägenhet med två badrum, utrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. Olivolja, disk- och tvättmedel fanns. Det som var dåligt var att sängarna var små, två queen size (ca 140 cm breda) räcker inte för 4 vuxna, speciellt inte om man inte är ett par ;-)."

"Great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something a bit special. The views over the Tower of London Bridge were fabulous"

"Friendly staff, very clean and well designed rooms with comfy beds, and an excellent breakfast. Would stay again."

"The apartment is lovely & in a excellent location. The check in process however was terrible as I was given the incorrect codes meaning I was waiting outside the apartment for approximately 1 hr before another guest arrived with the correct code. No wifi instructions within the apartment"

"Everything about this hotel was pure perfection. It was perfect from start to finish. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive - from those on the ground floor with the concierge to reception to the room maids/cleaners. We stayed at this hotel last year for one night but had to visit again this year for two nights to properly appreciate the hotel whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. It was beautiful and outstanding. The whole hotel was spotless. There...

"Love this place! Location, food, and staff are amazing!"

"I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

"Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Ganz in der Nähe einer U-Station"

"Great location- 15 min walk to london bridge underground station. The neighborhood felt safe with lots of options for restaurants and groceries. The room is a good size. Kitchen amenities are good but there was no toaster. Overall I would recommend and stay there again."

"ห้องใหม่สอาดอุปกรณีครบครัน"

"This is my second stay at citizenM and this year was a major disappointment. I arrived late on Sunday and after checkin entered my room 449 to find it freezing cold at around 8-10 degrees celsius. The Heating was not working at all in the unit. I called the front desk and they informed me that they will reset the system and call maintenance if it won't restart. Resetting did not work, no response from the front desk, not help, no extra blanket or arrangements. The next day still no answer from...
