"There was no signage in the parade to indicate the elevators , no valets, no bell men, only one chair in a premium room!!! A good bar tender but below average on the rest of the desk staff ! The room was poor at best !Delta should be embarrassed by this property and cannot see why we would ever come back ?"

"Very old and outdated place. Carpet was very dirty with lots of stains on it, bathtub was pealing off. Not enough towels in the room for the number of people the room was booked for and it took the front desk almost an hour to send us additional towels. We will never stay at this location again and won’t recommend it."

"From the moment we pulled into Valet the staff were extremely polite and friendly!! Very attentive to our needs! The property is top notch and very clean! Also probably the most quiet hotel I’ve stayed at!! It was our first visit and we most certainly will return!!"
