"First off when we got to the property they demanded cash as which we weren’t told. There was an ATM so we took out and the manager was angry because she had no change. The room was nasty. A smell I can’t even describe. Old, smelly, stained and bugs. We asked for a new room and the lady got Angry telling us she’d be losing money. We said we’d stay since it was only one night. 10 minutes later she was pounding on our door telling us we could move. I would not shower in that bathroom and definitely wore clothes and did not dare go under the covers. Gross"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, the hotel Is awesome and clean! Didnt like the rug but thats minor i guess.. let me tell you about the front desk staff!! They are not friendly at all ! Which i thought would had gotten better, only one guy who worked there April 10th he sorry i didn't get his name he was awesome! asked a white a girl for a scale so i could have weigh my bag, that B*** watch me straight in my face and told me they didn’t had, which was a Lie! And i made sure i told her that i used a scale the day before! Place can be good but the staff sucks! "

"Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. "

"The rooms smelled like mold and the staff gave me a hard time when I told them the room had issues. We tried another room and it smelled like mold also and tou can hear every car that goes by on the highway that is next to the hotel. I left the hotel and went to a Hilton which was much better. I will never use Expedia again because the hotel had a high rating. "

"The room was actually a 1 bedroom apartment. It was clean, cold AC, the bed was comfy, 2 tvs, a full kitchen, which we did not use. Just know they require a $50 cash deposit, which they give you right back at check out. I would definitely stay at the courtyard location. "
