I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s a nice, clean, and comfortable property in a very convenient location, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was also clean and modern. The only recommendation I have is to add a microwave to the room, make the hot water actually hot. It was warm. In addition, our shower soap was empty when we arrived. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. I will always book if I am stopping over for a quick trip

The housekeeping staff wasn't very approachable; I politely asked for my room to be cleaned, but they didn't do it. I asked again the next day and they did clean it, but they didn't take out the trash or leave any towels… so that part was really poor. However, the young woman in the breakfast area is super friendly; I don't remember her name, but the staff there are incredibly nice.

Terrific hotel, rooftop pool and location next to some great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Modern, clean and a bit swanky for a great price. Watch out for the $20 parking fee but it was worth it.

I stayed here with my husband and our children due to a flight disruption resulting in us missing a connecting flight. The hotel is close to the airport and the check-in staff were friendly, especially the team we met on our checkout. We didn't have much time to experience the hotel facilities as we decided to head out for dinner that evening. My main observation is that the AC Hotel in Jamaica (that we just came from) was much cleaner, especially our bathroom, and our bath towels had seen better days. The room was quiet and I would consider staying here again.

The room was very clean , The Hotel smelled so fresh when entering. We were greeted by two very friendly guys. We were also greeted with cookies. The thermostat in room was very easy to use. The Rainshower was a nice surprise.
