"Wonderful stay at this hotel! Perfect view of Arenal volcano. On site they have a farm where kids can milk cows, have a small horse back ride and gather eggs from the hen house daily. The staff was incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. On the property are 4 hot spring pools to enjoy! Very safe property I let my 13 year old wander and explore. We also tried the on property spa and got massages, it was rustic but an excellent treatment"

"Absolutely breathtaking views! We stayed here with our three boys and had such an amazing experience. Peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery. While we weren’t lucky enough to catch the volcano on a completely clear day, it was still worth every penny. We originally booked two nights and also stayed at Los Lagos, not realizing they are part of the same property. "Highly recommend this hotel. The property is lush and pretty. The staff is amazing, and speak multiple languages. They are also super helpful. It has a nice pool, (that is heated), with swim up bar. The rooms are clean, but expect a few friends. We had a cute frog and baby lizard in our bathroom. The rooms are a bit quirky, as evidenced by the photo’s. We stayed in the two bedroom villa with the mini private pool. The only downside is there isn’t a main sitting area, but having a private pool...
