"It was good"

"Absolutely terrific stay !! Truly amazing experience. Rooms are not luxury style but rather charming (bit dated). However loved the spa, the staff, the facilities, food options and so much more !! Looking forward to returning someday."

"Muy bonito y limpio"

"It was an amazing stay! Having the thermal pool just a few steps from our room made the experience even more special and relaxing. The staff was consistently welcoming, attentive, and responsive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend it!"

"Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Eine tolle Hotelanlage und unsere Villa war top ausgestattet. Ein Highlight waren viele Kleinigkeiten im Service zB täglich wurde ein Fernrohr aufgestellt um Faultiere sehen zu können."

"This place has a breathtaking view of the Arenal Volcano. A hike in the national park doesn’t even get you a close. The location was great, just 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna. It felt like a jungle retreat more than a resort and the breakfast buffet was delicious."

"Loved it"

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a villa with our own private swimming pool. It was a very pleasant surprise! Beds, sheets, and pillows were super comfy! AC was ice-cold. From the moment we parked our car, our luggage was hand-delivered to our room. Same when it was time to leave. Coffee/cocoa machine in the reception area was a very nice touch. Breakfast was phenomenal! We enjoyed everything about our visit."

"The food at the restaurant is great Don’t miss the trails on the property"

"The property is absolutely beautiful, the views are stunning and the staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating. Every single meal was delicious and expertly presented. It couldn’t have been a better honeymoon location!"
