Only notes would be that the room could be a bit cleaner (in the corners of the bathroom, behind furniture) and the view from the ground floor rooms is not as advertised- you can’t get a clear view of the volcano. Otherwise the staff were amazing, the pool was lovely and the grounds were extremely well kept with beautiful greenery."

"This resort is amazing! We loved the hot springs and pool. All the food options were delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to David who was always available and ready to for any question or request. The rooms are comfortable, clean and you have a great view of the volcano mountaintop. "Arenal Oasis was one of our favourite stays in Costa Rica. The staff, property, trails, butterfly dome, on-site restaurant and cottage we stayed in were all top-notch. We spotted some of our first jungle wildlife just wandering about on the property and really enjoyed staying in a location surrounded by a jungle environment. "We loved this spot! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It didn't feel like a hotel in the best way - it felt more like you were staying at someone's private residence. Beautiful gardens, great pool and hot tub. And we loved the resident cats who would frequently come to visit. Staff were very attentive and replied quickly via WhatsApp if anything was ever required.
