"Super relaxing spot with many pools, the two-person loungers in the main hot pool was a nice touch. Place was clean, a great bed and staff all very helpful. Breakfast included as well, what’s not to like?"

"This is hands down a 5 star hotel. The hotel is on an amazing property with an amazing view from the rooms. The rooms have a heated hot tub on the patio and the vibe is very nice. The pools are heated, so you can enjoy at any time. The food at the restaurant was solid , and the staff makes up for the rest since everyone is very nice. "Expedia has asked me to review this hotel. I made a reservation at this hotel, but the hotel did not have a room. The hotel notified Expedia, but Expedia advertised the room anyway and charged me for it. This is the same day a car I had reserved with Expedia with Hertz was absent when I arrived to rent it. " I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The installations were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a strong smell and visible mold coming out of the air conditioner, which made the environment feel unhealthy and unsafe.
