"I stayed 3 nights at OX Suites. The property is stylish and comfy, sparkling clean. The communication is prompt and effective. It should be self check-in with no staff manning the counter. However, I was a bit dumb on the main door keypad. Really appreciated a staff immediate showing up to help. It is walkable to Pier2 which is my favourite place in Kaohsiung. I enjoyed my stay and will use it again."
"The staffs are all very helpful and friendly, the room is well equipped, very good location with different options of public transporttaion, very good value of money. However, the hotel is a bit not too new, and cleanliness can be improved in some way (eg. toilet bowls, sink etc.)."
