Very nice hotel and the room is spacious and clean. It is close to the subways and easy to access the HSR station. It is 5 mins from a night market and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Everything was excellent except the internet was not stable.

Stayed 5D4N - Aug 12 to 16 in twin sharing room. Enjoyable stay. PROS 1. Room size is good. 2. Have luggage stand and they provided 1 extra upon request. 3. 6 mins walk to Formosa Boulevard and Kaohsiung Stations. 4. Helpful and friendly staff at check-in counter plus dining hall staff. 5. Breakfast quality is good and has a good selection of food. The breakfast venue is known as Double Veggie located on 2nd floor which offers both non-vegetarian and vegetarian food items. 6. Check-in is a breeze. 7. Has a hot, cold and chill water dispenser at very level. 8. Shampoo and shower gel smell really good, 9. Shower and toilet are separated. 10. Shower water is really good and impressive. 11. Laundry washer and dryer are available. 12. Good security as you need a room card to tap to reach your room level. 13. Hotel is good for family and elderly. 14. The hotel surrounding is filled with eateries and 7-11. 15. Liuhe night market is a 10 min walk from hotel. CONS 1. Bidet malfunction. 2. Toilet bowl flush not working properly and water tends to leak. 3. Need to pay to use laundry dryer. Overall the stay is comfortable and pleasant. This was my first time in Taiwan. The building itself was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. It would have been nice to have some amenities, and it was disappointing that there was no hot water in the shower at night, although this was due to my lack of attention. I think the price and service were fair.
