"I'm really surprised at some of the negative reviews. We had a nearly perfect visit. If I had to be nit picky, I would say there were times when our neighbors were loud and abnoxious late at night and yes the noise seemed to really carry. The shower temp would randomly change.. would be too cool then too warm.. hard to get the temp just right and keep it that way. All our interactions with the staff were really great. Food was not a problem and we were even able to make reservations at the a la carte restaurants pretty easily. Aside from the hotdogs and hamburgers at the beach bar, the food was really good! This was my first all-inclusive experience and I was pleased. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. "

"The staff was amazing! It’s a smaller property with not very many places to lay by the pool. The beach chairs aren’t very comfortable, they sag and you can feel the crossbars. The rooms aren’t soundproof at all, so you hear everything in the hallway. Or was a good value though, and we enjoyed our time!"
