"Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos 3 nuits au Eyaru Palace Hotel. Celui-ci est situé un peu en dehors du centre-ville de Louxor. L'endroit directement au bord du Nil, était parfait pour nous reposer de nos excursions entre la rive ouest et la rive est. Nour, notre hôte, a particulièrement été très gentil et accueillant. "So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. The in-room phone didn’t work. They didn’t answer the WhatsApp number. So, every time there was an issue we had to send our kid to the main building to speed with the receptionist. They came to fix it twice. It did not remain fixed. I had a hard time sleeping. We were moved to another room it was decent. It...

"The room was nice with a beautiful view of the Nile. Mohammed at the front desk was very helpful and accommodated us. They also made our anniversary special. Although there is work currently being done near the pool area, it was still a lovely stay."

"Our room was very nice. The overall interior and landscape design of Al Wadi is very charming. Although this property is located in a rural area, it is quite urban in its design, featuring a modern, antique, and chic aesthetic in this boutique hotel. All I can say is that we were pleasantly surprised by Al Wadi. "

"Das Hotel und der Service ist Klasse, aber der Geldautomat da ist der größte Scam. Wechselt bei Bank of Egypt oder am Flughafen. Ich wiederhole, der ATM dort zieht euch ab wie kein anderer. Haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen zu Nil viee (absolutden theoretischen Aufpreis wert)."

"We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view watching the hot air balloons and we sat in the roof area which is where we also had breakfast, having a quiet drink in the evening. We didn’t use the pool due to time but it was spotless clean and well maintained. The hotel manager and his staff were very friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend."
